Driving Directions
From the North (Boca Raton):
From Boca Raton, drive east on Glades Rd (SR-808) toward I-95, keeping a steady pace through the lights and staying in the right lanes as you pass Farmer’s Table.
As Glades Rd approaches the highway, take the ramp for I-95 South (toward Fort Lauderdale/Miami) and merge in, settling into your lane once traffic opens up.
Stay on I-95 S until you reach Exit 33 (Cypress Creek Rd), then take the exit and follow the signs as the ramp feeds you toward NE 62nd St / E Cypress Creek Rd.
Continue east on NE 62nd St.
Turn right into the office complex off E Cypress Creek Rd, just past the Hampton Inn Ft Lauderdale-Cypress Creek. Then park and head to OCD Resource Center, 800 E Cypress Creek Rd, Suite 404.
From the South (Fort Lauderdale Center):
From Hollywood, take Hollywood Blvd (SR-820) heading west toward the highway; stay with the flow through the bigger intersections until you’re right up on the I-95 North on-ramp.
Merge onto I-95 N and settle in; as you pass the airport area and keep cruising north, you’ll go by Rustic Inn Crabhouse just off the interstate.
Stay on I-95 N until Exit 33A (Cypress Creek Rd / NE 62nd St), then take the exit and follow it as it naturally funnels you onto NE 62nd St.
Continue along NE 62nd St toward E Cypress Creek Rd; as you approach that last stretch, you’ll see Bobby’s Band House .
Turn right into the office driveway and follow it around to park at 800 E Cypress Creek Rd, Suite 404 (OCD Resource Center).
